I guess it's been awhile since we've updated our blog site! (Wow, we didn't realize how long it's been!). We've been helping our family with renovations for a larger daycare that they just opened this week in Saint John (a bigger project than anticipated....).
The adoption forecaster has predicted that we will receive our referral for our little angel during the last week of February, could this be true??? Time will tell I guess, that is based on CCAA doing 6 days of referrals per month...we'll keep our fingers crossed!!!

I was just looking at your blog,and we too have a daughter adopted from China whom we named Maelin,
How did you come up with her name?
We named our daughter after both of our Mom's Mae for my mom and Lin for my Dh's mom,

Hi Mel,
That is too funny (about how we chose the name Maelin). My Mom in Law's name is Mae and my Mothers' name is Lin (spelled Lynn though)...Maelin is not a very common name I don't think.
We are sure getting close now to seeing our little Maelin, it's going to be very busy pretty soon!!!
